Planetary Trail "De Saturn"

You start the walk by crossing a small wood, which leads you to a magnificent panorama of Esch – Belval.

Then you walk on the site “Lallenger Bierg” which is a former Arbed open pit mine.

The specific color of the rock in this protected space gives the sensation of walking on Mars.

13 educational panels as well as 10 relief plaques giving information about the solar system will accompany you on this journey.

A large free parking is located at the start of the hike at the top of the rue de la Montée du Cimetière in Schifflange.

There are no picnic tables, but you can rest on different benches on along the trail.
