Circuit Auto-Pédestre Belvaux

The walk begins in front of the Biergerzenter of Belvaux.

Quickly we find ourselves in height with a clear view on Belval. From here it is possible to observe the reconversion of this new urban district but also to distinguish the vestiges of the industrial past with the blast furnaces.

The walk continues on the locality of Zolwerknapp. At its top you will find various viewpoints as well as the well of the Zolwerknapp castle.

Coming down from the hill, you will discover different areas of the town which lead to the Gaalgebierg recreation center.

Departures and arrivals are at 7 rue de Soleuvre in Belvaux opposite the Biergerzenter.

Marking of the hike:

Free parking with disc, for a maximum of 5 hours, is located at the start of the hike.

There are many picnic areas on the trail.

On the Gaalgebierg site you can in addition to the picnic area find toilets, a water point and areas for barbecues.
